Immunofluorescence (IC) analysis of LRIG1 in immersion fixed SK‑BR‑3 human breast cancer cell line using 145509 (10ug/ml for 3 hours at RT). Cells were stained using the Northern­Lights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody and counter­stained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm and cell surfaces.

Flow Cytometry analysis of LRIG1 in LNCaP human prostate cancer cell line was stained using 145509 or isotype control antibody followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody.
